Please find below some important information regarding your purchases. 

Bespoke Items 

We love bringing your designs to life. However, The Consumer Rights Act (2015) states that goods made to customer’s specifications are exempt from the 14-day cooling off period. This means that we cannot offer returns or refunds once your order has been placed. 

Callouts

If you require one of our team members to visit your premises for a survey, we charge a callout fee of £100 per day. This covers travel expenses and time lost in our workshop. Please arrange a date for your survey with Lewis. 

Quotes

Quotations for small bespoke orders are valid for a maximum of 14 days. We aim to offer flexibility on this period for larger products and projects, and will share this with you in preliminary discussions.

Deposits 

Orders over £100 require a deposit to be made. We will hold your deposit for a maximum of three months. If you have not instructed us to complete your order within this time, you forfeit the deposit to cover losses incurred. 

Payments 

We work on a Pro Forma, or payment on collection basis. Please arrange for your payment to be made within this timeframe. We endeavour to support our clients in times of hardship and may offer payment flexibility on a case-by-case basis. Please speak to us in the first instance. We reserve the right to charge a late payment fee (5% of the total cost of your order per fortnight) under the Late Payment of Commercial Debts Act (1998) for business-to-business transactions. 

Complaints 

We work hard to ensure that your purchase reaches you in perfect condition. If you are unhappy with your purchase, please contact us in the first instance. We will endeavour to resolve all issues made known to us.
